HOW TO make GLUTEN FREE FOCACCIA (VEGAN) | simple GLUTEN FREE BREAD



You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


Ever wanted to make gluten free focaccia bread? It’s super simple!! Gluten free bread can sometimes seem daunting but I wanted to show you how to make a simple gluten free focaccia recipe – flavoured with sea salt and rosemary. You can, of course, go crazy and add whatever flavours you please but sometimes I think simple is best. This is made with gluten free bread flour and olive oil, making it crisp on the outside and beautifully soft inside. The perfect gluten free bread recipe for beginners! All you need to make these is….

250g FREEE Gluten Free White Bread Flour
7g dried yeast
2 tsp caster sugar
250ml warm water
1 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp salt
3-4 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for drizzling/greasing)
Fresh rosemary sprigs
Pinch Maldon sea salt flakes
