But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Ingredients
Oil
1/2 pound ground beef
4 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Rice
3 cups calrose rice
3 cups of water
Oil
– It is a 1/1 ration for cooking rice. If you want to make 1 cup rice then you would add 1 cup water
– If you love your rice a little dryer 1 cup rice to 3/4 cup water
