2 pounds Roast beef bones in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes
2 small onions coarsley chopped
2 stalks of celery
1/2 carrot chopped
1 or 2 bay leaves
10 cups of water
Pressure cook for 90 minutes on the manual setting. Strain broth when you remove it from the pot. Throw away all aromatics and the bones.
