How to make Instant Pot Chicken Vegetable Soup~simple Cooking

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

In this simple cooking video, I make some chicken vegetable soup in my Instant Pot Ultra pressure cooker. The ingredients to this recipe are 1 whole chicken, 1 lb baby carrots, 3 stalks of celery, 5 red potatoes, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 6 cups of water, 3 chicken bouillon cubes,1 lb of frozen mixed vegetables, and salt and pepper to taste. I cooked the soup for 20 minutes on the pressure cook setting, and released the pressure after it had been in the pot for 90 minutes, but it could have been released sooner. Then I added the mixed vegetables, and cooked them on the saute setting, until they were tender.
