How to make Mexican Lentil Soup & Grilled CHEESE in an Instant Pot Recipe

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Instant pot pressure cook for 8 minutes

Ingredients
2 cups lentils (from the Mexican market)
5 cups water
2 to 3 garlic cloves or half teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tbs bouillon of choice (Adjust to taste)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 Poblano or Anaheim Chile
1 tomato
1/2 onion
2 carrot
1 zucchini
1 big potato

Mexican grilled cheese for 4
4 Bolillo Mexican bread
1 small pack of Queso fresco
1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of cotija cheese
Butter to taste
