Baby Back Ribs (you can use any pork ribs)
4 tbsps butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup beer, broth, or juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika
1 tsp liquid smoker
1 tbsp yellow mustard (binder)
Preheat oven to 275. Remove membrane from back of the ribs with a paper towel for extra grip. Apply thin layer of liquid smoke and then mustard. Season with all purpose seasoning, smoked paprika, and BBQ Seasoning on both sides and edges. put ribs on wire rack and then into the oven for 2.5 hours. Remove ribs from oven and wrap tightly in foil after applying honey, brown sugar, and butter. Add 1/4 cup of liquid (beer, broth, or juice) to the foil. put wrapped ribs in the oven for 2 hours or until almost fall off the bone tender. Remove from the foil, warm BBQ sauce, and coat ribs evenly in sauce. put back in the oven for 15 minutes. Allow ribs to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
