How to make simple Instant Pot Taco Soup | Aldi Meal Deal

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Using all ingredients from Aldi, I made a GIANT batch of chicken taco soup for $6.86

Recipe Guide (all prices are Aldi prices)
2-ish pounds of chicken (thighs or breasts)
2 Cans of Black Beans-$0.44ea
1 Can of Sweet Kernel Corn-$0.44ea
2 Cans Rotel Style Tomatoes-$0.45ea
1 Onion-if you feel love chopping one, or leave out
Taco Seasoning-a whole bunch, until it smells excellent. Or 2 ish packets. You could leave this out, but don’t. You love flavor, right?
