How to make Steel cut Oatmeal in the Instant Pot

You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
Oatmeal is a simple and nutritious breakfast. Steel cut oats take 30-40 minutes to cook on the stovetop, but take a fraction of that time in the Instant Pot. The oatmeal is so creamy and has a really wonderful texture.
They reheat really well too, so I love making a big batch when I’m meal prepping for the week and it only takes a few minutes to reheat on the stovetop.
