HOW TO make YOGURT IN INSTANT POT || LOW CARB || KETO FRIENDLY || THM FRIENDLY
Hey y’all! I had a few requests to share how I make yogurt in my Instant Pot. I’ve been making homemade Greek style yogurt since 2011 and using the IP is so much easier than the process I used 8 years ago.

The key with making lower carb yogurt is letting the yogurt ferment for a long period of time. The longer those cultures have to eat the milk sugars, the fewer sugars you’ll have in the yogurt! I really love the Fairlife milk for this and have had great results with it every time.

Have you made yogurt yourself? I’d love to hear your experience in the comments! Thanks so much for watching!
