You’ve probably heard of theInstant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Duo Crisp Chicken Wings and Chicken Legs:
Add 1 cup of water to your Instant Pot.
put Frozen chicken legs into your air fryer basket. (I used 2.5 pounds of frozen wings/legs)
put the basket into your Instant Pot.
put the lid on. Push PRESSURE COOK and set the timer for 7-8 minutes. PUSH begin.
When they are done cooking, push the button for a fast release.
Remove the air fryer basket, and dump out the water.
put back your Air Fryer basket and put on the air fryer lid.
Push the Air Fryer Button. Set timer for 10 -15 minutes then PUSH begin.
Mix the chicken around every 5 – 10 minutes. When it is done to the crispiness you love, remove the chicken and mix it in your favorite sauce.

Just remember when using the Instant Pot, it takes 10-20 minutes to pressurize!

If you are cooking for 1-2 people I would suggest the 3 Quart. If you are cooking for more, I would suggest the 6 quart!
