You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

As a new mom of 3, and twin newborns, I’m all about fast & simple meals for my family. Today I’m going to share with you a couple of our favorite Instant Pot meals! Both of these meals you can freeze for busy nights when you just don’t have time to cook! I also experienced a fail with one of the recipes but was able to turn it around and make it into an edible meal for my family! I was a little hesitant to begin using the Instant Pot because it just seemed intimidating, but once I took the dive and started trying out recipes, I loved it! – Mainly because it helps make simple, fast meals for my family!
