You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

➡️Instant Pot Whole Acorn Squash
This is the easiest way for me as no cutting into this fresh hard squash is needed! It’s very simple to cut once it’s cooked.
✏️Ingredients:
1 whole acorn squash, washed
✏️Directions:
put a trivet into Instant Pot and put acorn squash on the trivet. Add 1 cup of water. Manual high pressure 13 mins & 10 mins natural pressure release. Let squash cool for a few mins and cut half length wise. Scrape out all the seeds and stringy bits. Enjoy!
