🍽 Ingredients:
Artichokes:
2 big artichokes
Aioli:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs such as chives and/or parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 small clove garlic grated
Pinch of salt
Pinch of ground pepper
