Cook Pork Ribs:
豬排 1 ½ rack pork back ribs
洋蔥 2 onion
蒜 3 cloves garlic
香葉 bay leaves
鹽 1 tsp salt
白醋 1 tsp white vinegar
水 400ml water
Select Meat/Stew for 20 to 25 minutes
燒烤醬 3tbs BBQ sauce
Bull’s Eye 燒烤醬 3 tbs Bull’s Eye BBQ sauce
番茄醬 2 tbs ketchup
是拉差辣椒醬 2 tbs Sriracha hot chili sauce
黃糖 3 tbs brown sugar
洋蔥粉 1 tbs onion powder
蒜粉 1 tbs garlic powder
Broil (500-550℉, 260-288℃) in the oven for 5 minutes on each side.
