Instant Pot BBQ Ribs (Oven Recipe Included)

You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

These sticky, juicy and fall-off-the-bone-tender BBQ Ribs are a real favorite in my home. In this simple recipe, pork ribs are pressure cooked then coated with bbq sauce and broiled in the oven for a delicious crisp finish.
Ingredients: DRY RUB
1 tablespoon Salt
1½ teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
FOR ADDING IN THE INSTANT POT
½ cup water (adjust for cooker size)
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar or White wine Vinegar
½ tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
FOR GRILLING/BROILING
5 tablespoons Barbecue Sauce of your choice
