Instant Pot Beef and Okra Stew (Bemia Egyptian)

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Description: Beef and Okra Stew (Bemia Egyptian)

Ingredients Needed:

• 2lbs of Beef Cubes
•2 small chopped onions (or 1 big onion)
•2 Tablespoons of oil
•1/2 Teaspoon Black pepper
•1 Teaspoon of Salt
•1 Tablespoons of Parsley Flakes
•1 Tablespoons of Oregano
•2 Tablespoons of chopped Garlic
•1/2 Teaspoon of Cloves
•1/2 Teaspoon of Nutmeg
•1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
