You’ve probably heard of theInstant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
Homemade chicken soup has been my family staple for decades. Using Instant Pot has made the process super simple and the soup comes out extra delicious.
Instant Pot: best ever chicken soup
1 whole chicken (you can use cut-up)
2 parsnips, peeled and chopped
2-3 medium sized carrots, peeled and chopped
2-3 celery stalks, chopped,
1-2 medium onions, chopped
1 Tbsp 21 seasoning salute from Trader Joes
1 Tbsp of salt (you’ll be able to adjust the saltiness of your soup after it’s cooked)
2-3 fresh dill sprigs and 2-3 fresh thyme sprigs.
Fill the put with water all the way up to the max fill line and set up on the soup function.
