But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

4 big lamb shanks / one per person
1 big cinnamon stick
5-7 cardamom pods
4-6 clove buds
4-6 all spices seeds
4-6 black peppercorns
2 bay leaves
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 small onion cut in half
4-5 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. salt or to taste
7 spices powder (Middle Eastern Stores Ziyad brand preferably )
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup water

Pressure cook on meat button for 45 minutes
NPR Mine took 33 minutes
Pot size 6 qt
