Instant Pot Breakfast Quinoa

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Hello subscribers and visitors! Thank you for stopping by! Today I have a very simple Breakfast Quinoa instant pot recipe for you! I love to make this recipe on Sundays and keep it in the fridge for breakfast throughout the week, usually up to four days. Just refrigerate, scoop out, and reheat. Add dried fruit, nuts, unsweetened coconut, even chocolate chips if you need a sweet treat for breakfast!

One cup rinsed quinoa
2 cups vanilla almond milk
1 T maple syrup (honey or sugar works too)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 T flax meal

Add all ingredient to your liner pot. Stir well. Replace lid and set valve to Sealing. Set pot to manual high pressure for 2 min and allow a natural pressure release. Serve and enjoy!
