Instant Pot Cardamom & Ginger Cheesecake

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

A couple of important recipe notes:
– Double Cream is Heavy Whipping Cream
– If you don’t love the ginger nut base, you can easily swap it with something else love Nilla Wafer base or even Graham crackers
– the total cycle is 35 minutes, not 25 minutes as shown in the video. She ended up running another cycle for 10 minutes after the first cycle finished since the cake wasn’t nearly set enough.
