Instant Pot Cauliflower Rice- Low Carb & Healthy- 10 Minute simple Recipe- Keto Friendly

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Low carb & healthy Cauli rice made in the Instant Pot, ready in just 10 minutes.

Coconut oil- 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Dried whole red chilies- 2 or 1 tsp chili flakes
Grated cauliflower- 1 medium-sized cauli
Garlic, grated- 1 tsp
Water- 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Ground black pepper- 1/4 tsp
Cilantro, chopped- 1/4 cup

Grate the cauliflower in a food processor.
Turn on Saute setting, temp should be normal or medium.
Let the stainless steel pot turn hot.
Add coconut oil.
Add cumin seeds & dried red chilies, saute for 5 seconds.
Add grated cauliflower & garlic.
Add 1/2 cup water.
Close the pot with a lid, cook in saute setting for 5 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt & ground black pepper.
Combine well, cook for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro, combine well.
Remove the stainless steel pot from the main pot.
Serve Cauli rice along with baked fish, chicken, steak, etc.
