Instant Pot – Chicken & Dressing – Slow Cooker Setting

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

IP Chicken & Dressing
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, cut up into chunks
2 boxes of Low Sodium chicken flavored stuffing mix
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup water

Directions:
1. put chicken into IP.
2. Pour boxes of stuffing mix over chicken.
3. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream until well combined.
4. Pour over top of stuffing mix.
5. Drizzle water over sour cream mixture.
6. put glass lid on IP.
7. On IP click “slow cooker” button and set time for 4 hours
8. At 3 1/2 hours check for doneness.
9. Once thoroughly cooked through, turn off IP.
10. With big spoon stir mixture until well combined.
11. Serve
