But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

PRESSURE COOKER I USE (affiliate links):
· Instant Pot DUO 7-in-1:



• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 big onion, chopped
• 2 carrots, peeled + chopped
• 2 celery stalks, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 lb chicken breast + leg pieces, some bone-in skin-on
• 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
• 4-5 cups water
• 2 teaspoons sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 2 bay leaves
• 4 oz egg noodles (I used Pappardelle) or 2-3 spiralized zucchini
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• 1/2 lemon juiced
