Instant Pot Egg Biryani Recipe

You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
Making Egg Biryani in Instant pot is simple and fast. This recipe comes close to the egg dum biryani with awesome flavors of spices, yogurt and mint leaves.

If you are new to Instant pot, then you can boil the eggs following these instructions.
Pour 1 cup water into the steel insert.
put a steam rack or a trivet.
Rinse and put the eggs on the rack.
Secure the IP with the lid & position the steam release value or vent to sealing.
Press pressure cook and set the timer to 7 minutes.
When the Instant pot beeps, wait for the natural pressure release for 7 to 8 mins.
Release the rest of the pressure manually.
Remove the eggs and keep them immersed in a bowl of cold water.
Peel the shells carefully.
Use these boiled eggs to make egg biryani in instant pot.
