You’ve probably heard of theInstant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

General Tso’s ORIGINAL Chicken Recipe
3-4 chicken breasts cut into 3 pieces each
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon of garlic
3 Tablespoons of Rice Vinegar
1 tsp of fresh ginger
Mix soy sauce, honey garlic, vinegar, and ginger together. Pour over top of chicken and cook for about 10 minutes in the IP. do a fast release and serve over rice.

Just remember when using the Instant Pot, it takes 10-20 minutes to pressurize!

If you are cooking for 1-2 people I would suggest the 3 Quart. If you are cooking for more, I would suggest the 6 quart!
