You’ve probably heard of theInstant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
1 lb. ground chuck
1 big onion, chopped
1 or 2 cans chopped tomatoes
5 cups cabbage, chopped
4 cups beef boullion
2 bay leaves
1- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Using saute function brown the ground chuck until no longer pink. Add salt.
After the ground chuck is browned add rest of ingredients.
put lid and put valve to sealed position.
Click manual button and set time for 15 minutes.
Once time is complete click on cancel and allow to do natural pressure release for about 20 minutes then finish with fast release.
