Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes
Passive Time 20 minutes
5 Servings
INGREDIENTS
20 oz Lean 93% Ground Beef (560g)
8 oz Protein Pasta
1 Can chopped Tomatoes
2 Cups Traditional Sauce (no sugar added)
1 Cup Bone Broth Chicken
1 Medium White Onion (94g)
2 Cups chopped Mushrooms (212g)
4 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 Tbsp Chili Flakes

Spaghetti Protein Pasta

INSTRUCTIONS
Turn on your Instant Pot Pressure Cooker and add the lean ground beef. Cook until brown and add garlic, chili flakes and onion to the pressure cooker. Cook for 5 Minutes

Next, add the mushroom and mix it with the other ingredients. After that, add the protein pasta, bone broth, chopped tomatoes, and traditional sauce to the Instant Pot.

put the lid on the Instant Pot pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes release the pressure and open lid. Mix everything together and add the parmesan cheese and mix.
Take out your 5 meal prep container and add the spaghetti evenly to each container. Each serving is around 423 calories.
