Instant Pot Jambalaya (fast and simple Jambalaya Recipe)

500 g smoked sausages andouille or chorizo
400 g chicken breast
350 g raw shrimps prawns/crawfish substitute with cooked shrimps
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp dried thyme
2 stalks celery
1 red bell peppers
1 green bell peppers
1 medium onion
1 tbsp garlic chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
400 g crushed tomatoes
¼ tsp cayenne pepper or as needed
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 ½ cups chicken broth
2 cups uncooked rice I used golden sella basmati rice
⅓ cup green onions chopped
1 tbsp parsley chopped
Salt and black pepper
