INSTANT POT KALE & LENTIL BEEF STEW

You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
Hearty Kale & Lentil Beef Stew made in the Instant Pot. This simple and nutritious recipe will be a staple in your household.
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. EVOO
2 lbs. Chuck Beef
5 oz. Kale
1 chopped Onion
3 Carrots
2 Celery Stalks
4 Cloves Minced Garlic
8 oz. Lentils
28 oz. Can Tomatoes
52-56 oz. Water
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. chopped Onion
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Paprika
2 Bay Leaves
Salt & Pepper
Garnish: Parsley
Optional:
Brown Rice
Sour Cream/Greek Yogurt
