Instant Pot Keto Beef Stew Recipe | Pressure Cooker & Slow Cooker Friendly

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Instant pot Keto beef stew. I totally made this recipe up because I was craving beef stew but didn’t want the potatoes and higher carb veggie in it, so this is what I came up with. Scroll down for recipe how to! Enjoy! Feel free to subscribe to my channel!

Cube chuck roast
3 Zuchinni cut into chunks
1 cup frozen broccoli florets (broccoli just falls apart so this recipe is a excellent way to conceal them)!1 celery chooped
1 cup bone broth (if you don’t have this just add more broth)
1 carton of beef broth
2 tsp paparika
2 tablespoons of Italian spice blend
Salt and pepper to taste.
Avocado chunks
2 tablespoons of butter or oil of choice (for browning meat).
1 head of kale
Half of an onion
***I added fresh herbs because I grow them so adding fresh herbs will work too.
Brown the meat and onions in the instant pot using the sauté function till meat is browned. Be sure to season your meat while browning. Once browned add all the chopped veggies, kale, and season once more. Lastly add the broth to the instant pot. put the lid on, make sure it’s sealed then hit the meat/stew function. My instant pot automatically sets to 35 min Whola all done!

The ladies in my Keto Facebook group tried theirs with radishes so if your feeling up that I would add that in too. They said the radishes were yummy in the soup.
Once you’re done put your serving in a bowl and add avocado chunks to the soup. Please share this video recipe with your friends and family
