You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Beef Stroganoff is one of those 1960’s standards easily and quickly thrown together with a can of cooked beef, a can of mushrooms, a little sour cream, and a can of “mushroom” soup. Note the quotation marks. Here, I eliminate the carbs–and add mushrooms as the main ingredient to the soup–by using my KETO CREAM of MUSHROOM SOUP and I speed up cooking this from scratch by cooking the beef in the Instant Pot. The result is a real winner, I must say. I can’t tell the high-carb from this low-carb version and if you haven’t tried zoodles yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
