Instant Pot Keto Lasagna



You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


Instant pot keto diet lasagna. This turned out incredible. No pasta, extremely low in carbs thanks to Rao’s marinara. If you are on the keto diet, give this a try.

Ingredients
3 shredded chicken breasts
1 lb. ground sausage
2 eggs beaten
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parsley and oregano
2 cups of water
1 23oz jar Rao’s marinara
16oz Ricotta cheese
Directions
brown 1lb of sausage and drain. put in mixing bowl with roughly half a jar of Rao’s marinara (6g carbs), mix together.

In a separate bowl Shred 3 chicken breasts and add your cheeses, eggs, parsley and oregano. mix together well.

In a 7″ spring foam pan sprayed lightly with cooking spray put a light layer of marinara on the bottom of the pan, about 4 tbsp. Then add a layer of sausage, followed by a layer of chicken, then sausage and chicken again. Last layer will be sprinkled with some mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Pressure cook on high pressure for 35min and allow for a 10 min natural release. Allow to cool on the counter for about 15 min prior to opening spring foam pan. Contents will be hot so please use caution.
