Ingredients for Instant Pot Korean Short Ribs:
2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® bone-in chuck short ribs (3-4-inches long)
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon canola oil
2 tablespoons minced ginger, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch scallions, sliced, whites and greens separated
1 apple, peeled, cored and cut into 3-inch chunks
1 Bosc pear, peeled, cored and cut into 3-inch chunks
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup apple juice
