Instant Pot Lentil and Bean soup- Healthy Gluten Free and Vegan



You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


Healthy and delicious warm bowl of gluten free and vegan soup made using the instant pot! Substitute the beans any way you want. Feel free to use any type of broth because this recipe is very versatile, simple and excellent for your health!

1 cup lentil
1/3 cup black bean
1/4 cup pinto bean
(You can substitute for any beans )

3- 4 cups broth (any broth of your choice)
1 Tbsp garlic
2 Tbsp tumeric
1 tbsp thyme
1 Tbsp or more salt

1/3 cup carrot
1 cup celery
1-1/3 cup onion
