Instant Pot Lentil and Potato Curry | Vegetarian Vegan Instant Pot Curry

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Lentil and Potato Curry

1 Cup mixed lentils
1 KG Potatoes
I can of crushed or chopped tomatoes
2 big Onions
3 Bell peppers
2 Tbsp of oil
2 Tbsp of Dal Masala Mix (or Curry Powder)
1 Tbsp of Red chili powder (optional)
1 Tbsp chopped garlic/
1 Tbsp chopped ginger
1 pinch of salt
1 Cup plain yogurt (optional)

Assemble and layer as per the video
Cook in pressure cooker for 8-10 minutes)
Stir in yogurt after cooking
