Instant Pot Loaded Baked Potato Soup

You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
This Instant Pot Recipe was a total success and makes enough for a big family!
…Ingredients…
5lbs Potatoes Peeled and Cubed (I used Yukon Gold)
1 big Shallot Minced
48oz Chicken Broth
1/2 Stick Butter
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
1/3 Cup Softened Cream Cheese
2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to Taste
1/2 – 1 lb of chopped Cooked Bacon
1-2 Cups of Milk
Instructions…
1. Add Shallot and Potatoes to Instant Pot
2. Add Chicken Broth
3. Set Instant Pot to Soup for 10 Min
4. fast Vent Pressure
5. Mix with a hand mixer until smooth
6. Add 1/2 Stick Butter
7. Add 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
8. Add 1/3 Cup Softened Cream Cheese
9. Add 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
10. Add Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste
11. Mix Well
12. Add 1/2 to 1 lb of chopped Cooked Bacon
13. Add 1-2 Cups of Milk (depending on how thick you want it)
