❤INGREDIENTS❤
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 pound lean groun beef
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small yellow onion (chopped)
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 red bell pepper (sliced or chopped)
1 green bell pepper (sliced or chopped)
2 jalapeño peppers(seeds removed and chopped)
15 ounce can black beans(drain and rinse)
1 cup corn kernels(drain from a can or frozen and thawed)
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
15 ounce can chopped tomatoes
2 cups salsa
1 cup uncook basmati rice
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese (divided)
