Instant Pot Mexican Elote Corn | #short

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

** 2-12 ears of corn
** 1 cup water
** 1/3 cup mayo
** 1/3 cup Sour Cream
** 1/4 cup Feta Cheese
** 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
** 2 cloves minced garlic
** 2 tsp chili powder
** 1 tsp cumin
** 1 tsp lime juice
** Salt/Pepper

Add the Instant Pot Trivet. Add water. Pressure cook for 2 minutes. Spoon Elote sauce on the corn. Top with Cilantro as desired. Enjoy!
