INSTANT POT MEXICAN STYLE STEAK WITH POTATOES

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Ingredientes for 5 people
Mexican style steak with potatoes
2 pounds of beef steak cut into strips
4 potatoes cut into squares
3 jalapenos taken out the seeds
3 tomatoes
1/2 onion cut into four
1/2 onion cut into slices
3 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
