Instant Pot One Minute Shrimp Scampi

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

If you would tell me I could make the best shrimp scampi ever in just 1 minute, I wouldn’t have believed you. So I had to make a video to prove it! And this is why I love shrimp recipes in the the Instant Pot – because they cook SO quickly and taste SO fantastic not to mention the sauce takes it to another level.
