Instant Pot Pho Ga (Chicken Pho)! fast and simple!
You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
I found this recipe from serious eats. I have learned that using a pressure cooker to make broth or stock is the best and fastest method. You don’t have to stand over a stove for 10 hours simmering bones to have healthy, tasty and nutritious broth. All it takes is about 30 minutes in a pressure cooker. I hope you enjoy! This is seriously tasty!
