Instant Pot Potato Soup Recipe. In this video, I will show you how to make Potato Soup with frozen season-styled hash browns. I have been craving for this soup, but most restaurants are closed in my area due to COVID-19, so I decided to give it a try.

The mid-west temperature is dropping, so this is the perfect time to make this recipe. I substituted Russet potatoes with southern-style cubed hash browns, and the soup turned out perfect. Follow the video step-by-step instructions and you and your family will enjoy this soup.

Instant Pot Potato Soup Recipe:
2lb bag of Southern Style Hash Browns (cubed)
4 cups of chicken broth
1 can of cream of chicken condensed soup
4oz cream cheese
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
6 slices of bacon
1/4 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 c celery
1/2 c onions
Green onions for garnish
1 tsp Rosemary
3 tsp parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
