Instant Pot Pulled BBQ Chicken | 30 Minute Meal
You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Another one of my new Instant Pot favorites. Pulled BBQ Chicken! 😋😍
Tutorial here: https://youtu.be/btoO9fMGJlQ
Ingredients: 2-3lbs meat I used boneless & skinless chicken thighs, 1c chicken broth or water, salt, pepper (season to taste), your favorite bbq sauce
Directions: add your washed, cleaned & seasoned chicken to your pot, add liquid (some thinly sliced onions would be excellent too), pressure (manual) cook for 13-17 mins then fast release. Remove & shred chicken with fork. Add back to you instant pot then add bbq sauce. Let sauté on low for just a few mins. Add to your bun of choice & enjoy!
*Freeze broth for future use
