Instant Pot Recipes: Braised Pork Ribs with Ginger Recipe

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Having braised pork ribs with ginger and spring onions is really delicious. A perfect meal with rice. What’s more, this recipe only takes 30 minutes to prepare, and yet the ribs are so tender and juicy – yummy! Ingredients & Utensils ↓

Braised Pork Ribs with Ginger Recipe
900g of pork ribs:
1.5 cup of water
100g of Chinese cabbage stems, optional:
2 stalks of spring onion:
1 tbsp of light soy sauce:
1 tbsp of oyster sauce:
1/2 tbsp of shouxing wine:
1 tbsp of onion oil:
50g ginger, sliced:
20g of red dates:
1/4 tsp of sesame oil:
1/4 tsp of pepper:
1/2 tsp of salt
Tapioca Solution:
1 tbsp of tapioca flour:
2 tbsp of water

silicone soup ladle:

Served with:
white rice:
