Try this at your home following this little tip of adding a pinch of baking soda I order to avoid curdling of milk. Milk curdles when jaggery is added. Don’t know why but my mom tells me to add a pinch of it and it stays beautiful while cooking too.
Rice 1 cup
Jaggery 2 cups
Water 3 cups
Milk 2 cups preferably whole milk
Nuts as per your wish(I used cashews 1 tbsp & almond 1 tbsp)
Cardamom 1 optional
