Instant Pot Salmon and Potatoes (in 3 MINUTES!) Perfect for Beginners! Dump and Go Recipe

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

I am moving across the country this week, so I apologize if I don’t respond to your questions quickly. I have been using my Instant Pot a lot this last week while I’ve been packing and getting ready to go! So I’m sharing a VERY fast meal that can be made in just a few minutes! I’m making Salmon and Potatoes right in your instant pot. The best part is…. it takes 3 minutes to cook. Yep. You read that right! Instant pot salmon only takes 3 minutes!
If you are just starting out using the instant pot, this recipe is PERFECT for you! The best part is, it is a dump and go, so you can throw everything in, set it, and walk away!

If you are cooking for 1-2 people I would suggest the 3 Quart. If you are cooking for more, I would suggest the 6 quart!
