Instant pot Shredded BBQ Chicken

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

I am a full time working mom, and Isabelle has a lot of allergy issues. With the limited amount of time that I have, I tried to come up with recipe that is fast and simple to keep her safe and healthy.

Shredded BBQ Chicken Recipe:
1.5lbs of chicken breast (3 pieces)
4 gloves of garlic
1 small onion
½ cup of chicken stock
¾ cup of BBQ sauce
