But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

This recipe calls for “O” minutes, allowing about 10 minutes to come to pressure.
Still, that’s quite fast! Plus, it’s very excellent!
1 lb. Shrimp, thawed, shelled, and deveined
Broccoli Florets, 12oz. bag (or 2-3 cups)
¼ c. Soy Sauce
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce (or 1-2 T. Oyster Sauce)
1 T. Rice Vinegar (or White Vinegar)
1 t. Honey (or 1 t. Brown Sugar or sugar)
1 T. Garlic, minced
2 t. Sesame Oil
Red Pepper Flakes as desired, optional
After Cooking Shrimp and adding broccoli, Add…
2 T. Cornstarch + 2 T. Water, Mixed well for thickening)
1-2 t. Sesame Seeds, optional for garnish
