Instant Pot: Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake (gluten free, dairy free, paleo, grain free)
You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
Want to use your Instant Pot for something other than broth and roast? How about sticky toffee pudding? It’s rich and flavorful and totally delicious! It may be a small cake, but a little bit is all you need, making it the perfect addition to your holiday table. Plus, it’s just as excellent leftover so you can make it ahead!
