Strawberry- 1 lb/450 gms
Honey- 1/3 to 1/2 cup (depends on your level of sweetness)
Lemon juice- 2 Tsp
Chia seed Powder- 2 Tbsp (USA: (India:

* To a pot add strawberries and honey. Mix it. Close the lid and seal the vent.
* Cook it for 3 minutes and do natural pressure release (NPR).
* make a purée, and sauté it to thicken.
* Once it starts thickening add in lemon juice and cook it for another couple of minutes.
* Cancel the sauté mode and then add chia seed powder, mix it well.
* Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator stays excellent for a month.
